Miss Formula is an online tool that converts images of mathematical formulas into editable formats, including MathML for Microsoft Word and LaTeX code. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
3. User Accounts
Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems

The Service operates on a credit-based system. New users may receive complimentary credits upon registration. Additional credits may be purchased through available subscription plans. Credits are non-transferable and may expire according to the terms of your subscription plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miss Formula shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that formula conversions will be 100% accurate.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
